Presence of a high arch in individuals will cause a lot of pain and stress on their feet. Heel Spurs are causes for great pain in the heels in all forms of physical activity involving feet and legs. Pes Cavus, defined as foot having an abnormally high medical medial longitudinal arch. These shoes have great combinations of cushioning and support. Cushioned shoes give extra comfort for people with high arches. My recommendation is to give it a try on a controlled surface, such as a rubberized track, and see how you do. Barefoot runners will say that such a surface is not good and a smooth concrete surface is best. Running barefoot will provide a very significant change in mechanics, so you need to ease into it. Shifting from shoes to barefoot running to quickly will expose you to injury. There are those, however, who should not even attempt barefoot running.
